Welcome to Online Maid, operated under Vaishnavi Online Domestic Placement Maid Services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Online Maid provides domestic help and home care services including house maids, caretakers, nurses, baby care, cook services, elder care, japa services, and related support services. Service availability may vary by location and requirement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Service Engagement

We act as a placement and facilitation service. While we conduct background verification and screening of staff, the final selection and engagement of any domestic worker or caregiver is the responsibility of the client.

4. Payments & Fees

Service charges, placement fees, or any other applicable fees will be communicated clearly before service confirmation. Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of dissatisfaction, we may provide a replacement as per our internal replacement policy. Replacement availability depends on the service category and location.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide a safe working environment, clear job responsibilities, and timely payment to the engaged staff. Any misconduct or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Online Maid shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising out of actions or behavior of the placed staff. Clients are advised to exercise due diligence and supervision.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of personal, medical, or sensitive information shared during the service period.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if misuse of services is detected.

10. Changes to Terms

Online Maid reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
